
My name is Timoteo Boncompagni and ever since 2008 my life has revolved around all aspects of food and wine.
My first experiences date back to when I was at University and I got involved in hospitality, gradually getting more and more interested in wine,spirits,olive oil and other delicacies. Then I started following courses to become an International Sommelier and learn about extra virgin olive oil, spirits, cheese, honey, beer, salami and ham.
It really is “work in progress”. Everywhere I go, there is always something new!
I’m not shy and NEVER tongue-tied so setting up TIM-ES, my own business of services in food and wine experiences, was clearly the next step. Hopefully you’ll want to join me on a personalized journey to an amazing world just waiting to be discovered.
