On the ancient Roman wine tank, connoisseurs and wine lovers can discover Etichette Special: a tasting of great prestigious wines, true rarities and author productions that hold centuries of history in every sip. A moment of high oenological culture, hosted in the Atrium of Palazzo Pretorio (Piazza del Popolo).
2. Perfumes in GobletsThe Dialogue between Wine and Fragrances
This is the experience that embodies the TIM-ES philosophy: Profumi in Calice is a sensory journey that combines the world of wine with that of artistic perfumery. Through olfactory games and guided tastings, wines will dialogue with selected fragrances, creating emotional and unexpected pairings.
3. Spirits, Cocktails and Cigars: When Pleasure Meets Art
Vinicoli does not stop at wine. For those seeking a more structured, night-time experience:
- Distillates and Cocktails Area: A corner dedicated to pleasure, with the classic combination of spirits and chocolate, culminating with a DJ Set to end the evening with rhythm.
