Viniculture 2025: When (record) numbers prove the vision right
More than 4,000 glasses, a festively lit village and the knowledge that quality always pays off. Hot reflections on a success built detail by detail.
There is a precise moment, when the “Anghiari si Accende” lights go out and the last van is loaded, when tiredness mixes with deep satisfaction. Reading in the local press that the third edition of Vinicoli has been defined“a record-breaking edition” is not only a joy: it is external confirmation that the path taken was the right one.
4000 glasses raised to the sky.
These are not just numbers. They are four thousand times “thank you” from those who have chosen Anghiari, from those who have walked through the alleys, from those who have smiled while tasting a dish or a wine that we have selected with maniacal care.
The signature of a job well done
Allow me a pinch of personal pride, the “healthy” kind that serves to recharge the batteries.
Bringing thousands of people to one of Italy's most beautiful villages without distorting its essence is not luck. It is planning, vision and artistic direction.
My goal for Tim-es.com and for the projects I curate is always the same: to show that you can make big numbers while maintaining high, very high, quality.
Managing this complexity, combining the promotion of the territory (thanks to the Tuscany Showcase) with a smooth and magical user experience is the result I wanted to bring home. And, cards in hand, we can say: mission accomplished.
A choral success: thanks to fellow travellers
No conductor plays alone. If this “symphony of flavours” worked, it is thanks to a team that believed in the project as much as I do.
Institutional and heartfelt thanks go to Municipality of Anghiari and to Mayor Alessandro Polcri: finding an administration that not only welcomes, but actively supports such an ambitious vision is the basis for everything. Thank you for giving us the “keys” to the village.
Thanks to the Proloco, to trade associations (Confesercenti, Streets of Anghiari e Confcommercio) and the Chamber of Commerce. The network we have built is solid and works.
But the biggest “Cheers” I dedicate to them: to the collaborators, volunteers and staff.
To those who managed transport, those who served at the counters, technical support and Info Points. You were the smiling face of Vinicoli, tireless and professional. Without you, the magic would remain only on paper.
Towards 2026
We close this edition with the knowledge that we have raised the bar. This year's record is not a point of arrival, but the new standard from which to start again.
We have shown that Anghiari can be the perfect stage for great events, if guided with the right hand.
Thank you all for being part of it.
The work to surpass us again has already begun.
